Return Policy

Returns

We want you to love your NUVEX BODY pieces. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with any tags attached.
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed or damaged after delivery.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@nuvexbody.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the process. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
